2010 Summer Round-up!
We had an AMAZING summer on our brand new HCDC campus! Doris, Jane, and I recently walked the property and began to map out next summer’s upgrades to the facility and program for 2011.
Being at camp just wasn’t the same though without the buzzing of spirit and excitement of all our campers and staff. It was so enjoyable to watch our campus come to life this past season with the sounds of “camp” = Campers laughing, counselors cheering, coaches clapping, and specialists teaching… And the smiles – Oh the smiles!!!! That’s what it’s all about!
As we continually look to improve the experience for both our campers and parents alike, we’re excited to let you know that plans are in the works for some great additions to HCDC for next summer! Want a sneak-peek? Ohhhhh sure you do!
- 30 ft climbing wall & ‘project adventure’ program
- Theatre/Dance Stage upgrades (watch out Broadway!)
- A new Stepping Stones “Village” for imaginative play
- Arts & Crafts program enhancements including sculpting, woodworking, leathercraft, jewelry making, and much much more!
- Trip program for our 4th & 5th Graders
