Important Dates
- First Day of Camp: Monday, June 30th, 2025
- Last Day of Camp: Friday, August 22nd, 2025
- Post-Camp: Monday, August, 25th – Friday, August 29th, 2025
Program Facts
- Camp program runs Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm (except our 2.5 – 3 Year Old Mini-Day Program that ends at 1:00pm).
- HCDC is a traditional summer camp program filled with a unique blend of age-appropriate activities, including aquatics, athletics, outdoor adventure and the creative/performing arts.
- Located in the heart of East Hampton (191 Buckskill Road off Stephen Hands Path) on a beautiful 10.5 acre property, including a Stepping Stones Campus (2.5 – 4 years old) & Main Campus (5 – 12 years old).
- In addition to our traditional camp season, we also run a Post Camp Program from Monday, August 25th to Friday, August 29th.
- Door-to-Door Bus Transportation included in tuition (round-trip) based on program selection
- Lunch and healthy snacks served daily with a variety of hot/cold nutritious options
Flexible Schedule Options
- 8 Weeks – $13,450
- 7 Weeks – $12,950
- 6 Weeks – $12,375
- 5 Weeks – $11,250
- 4 Weeks – $9,500
- 3 Weeks – $7,375
- 2 Weeks – $5,050
- 1 Week – $2,575
*Deposit is fully refundable through December 31st, 2024 (less a $250 administrative fee).
*5% Sibling Credit available for all siblings enrolled after the first child.
Post Camp
- 1 Week – $2,250
*5% Enrollment Credit for those enrolled for 1 Week of Post Camp when enrolled for 6 or more weeks of the regular camp season at HCDC.
*5% Tuition Credit for our 3 Year Old Mini-Day program which runs from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
*5% Sibling Credit (for all siblings enrolled after the first child)
