HCDC Camp Director Wins Award!

In 1965, the American Camp Association (ACA) National Board of Directors established a means of paying tribute to those who make an extraordinary contribution to the advancement of the camp movement in the United States and who have played an important role in creating today’s association. Six recognition awards are presented annually at the ACA National Conference: the Distinguished Service Award, the Hedley S. Dimock Award, The Jack Weiner Award, the Honor Award, the Service Award, and the Special Recognition Award.

This year’s National ACA Conference took place in Dallas, Texas, and we are very proud to announce that one of Hampton Country Day Camp’s Directors, Dave Skolnik was the recipient of this year’s Jack Weiner National Leadership Award!   Dave was recognized for his involvement and tireless efforts with SCOPE, EPIC, Morry’s Camp and his overall excellence in the camping industry.  Congratulations Dave!!!
