The TLC Foundation for Children is supported by Timber Lake Camp, Timber Lake West, Tyler Hill Camp, North Shore Day Camp & School, Hampton Country Day Camp, its full-time employees and the Jacobs Family.
The TLC Foundation is a 501C-3 not-for-profit foundation dedicated to promoting the health, education, welfare and betterment of children throughout the world. Begun in the mid-1980s, The TLC Foundation has donated in excess of $3.3 million to worthy causes.
In the one-year period from mid-December of 2008 through mid-December of 2009, the Foundation has funded over $470,000 worth of programs. The programs that received contributions this year of $1,000 or more are as follows:

In addition, as a participant in the American Camping Association's Heal The Children Program, founded by Jay Jacobs, Timber Lake Camps (Timber Lake, Timber Lake West, Tyler Hill, North Shore Day Camp and Hampton Country Day Camp) now accept at no charge more than 16 children who lost their parents in the September 11th, 2001 tragedy.
